Only 3 return from last years race. The talent is deep this yer as evident from the 2013 cross country season. Look out for R.j. Ammons, Zach Kirkland and Logan Emery to contend for the title. I actually like Austen Dalquist for the win. He has the fastest time returning and he had a tremendous cross country season,
