The TTFCA Meet of Champions is approaching! It's a fantastic opportunity to compete against the best in the state/country across ALL divisions. Multiple D1 coaches will be there as well as Texas track & field hall of famers! Here's your breakdown of how remaining entrants will be accepted to the meet:

  • 5:00pm tonight (Wed, May 20) is the deadline for all State Champions to declare. These athletes received invitations at their respective State Champ Meets.
  • The minute the deadline has passed, invites will begin to be sent out to athletes to fill remaining spots.
  • The Texas Milesplit rankings will be used to determine the rest of the athletes to receive invitations. Invites will be extended to athletes with the best marks by starting at the top of the rankings and then working down (State Champs and already accepted athletes will be disregarded) until the races are full.
  • A maximum of 18 athletes will be invited per event (current entries here)
  • Athletes will have 24 hours to accept the invitation with the deadline to declare ending on Thursday afternoon.

Note: The TTFCA has done a tremendous amount of work to get this meet off the ground, but it is NOT an open invitational. Please don't contact them in an effort to get your athlete into the meet.
