Monday Minute: District Weeks Kick Into Action

After a few weeks break, we're back with the Monday Minute.

I've been on the road the past few Monday's grabbing some awesome Workout Wednesdays with a ton of schools....... so those will be coming out over the next few weeks.

Some quick recaps of crazy things that went down, over the past few weeks.

McNeil, so many great races two BIG highlights, one guys one girls,

Sam Worley took the individual win in the Gold race while Katy guys took the team win.

We also need to give credit to Alex Marie who crushed it again at McNeil taking 2nd behind Sam.

He has truly marked himself off as one of the top runners in the state as only a sophomore, he's--- finished 2nd to Daniel Bernal, Reed Brown, and Sam Worley.

On the girl's side Ashton Endsley took down Julia Heymach, but it was London Culbreath who stole the show. She ran the fastest time of the entire meet and did it solo!

Another big thing that we missed on while on the road was the return of Daniel Viagra. Viagra crushed the Austin Westlake Invitational running the 9th fastest 5K time in the state. We caught up with him this weekend after a long run.....

So he's back and ready to go.

We were also at the Georgetown River Run Invitational this weekend, where Brooke Gilmore and Zepher Seagraves each got in individual wins before the championships season. You can check out all the coverage from that meet below.
