Workout Wednesday: U.S. #10 Keller Pre-Championship Season Speed Workout

We caught up with the U.S. #10 and Texas #1 ranked Keller Indians, for a pre-championship season speed workout. Since the workout the team has gone on to place 2nd in Region 1, win the 6A state championship, and qualify for NXN. The workout is designed to simulate the fast start and hard finish of a race. Each athlete was given paces based on a pacing chart for an all out mile they ran a few weeks prior. Check out the workout above and interviews with Coach Zaring and several team members below.
