Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi also starred in track and field at Frisco Liberty High School in Texas in addition to football. He earned a varsity letter as a member of the team's 4x400-meter (3:21.75), 4x200 m (1:29.44) and 4x100 m (42.86) district championship teams.

He went onto compete on the gridiron at Boise State University before being drafted in the 5th round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Jason Beede was in Orlando and caught up with Ajayi at the Pro Bowl to talk about how the sport helped him become the athlete he is today.
