WATCH: Cameron Burrell Talk After Big Day At NCAA Finals

Cameron Burrell takes 2nd in the 100m at NCAAs

The University of Houston's Cameron Burrell had a big day at the NCAA Division I finals. He took second in the 100m and his Cougar 4x100 relay took it all. Not only was it a huge day for their places, they carved their places in school history. Burrell now has the school record in the 100m and his relay has the school record. That means a lot considering the pedigree that came from U of H.

There have been many stars to come from the school including Burrell's coach/father or father/coach. Either way, Burrell and his teammates have dethroned olympians from the U of H record books and have wrote their own story.

Burrell has now earned his way to the U.S. World Trials in a few weeks and will continue writing his legacy. Watch as the former Fort Bend Ridge Point alum talks about his big day at the NCAA Division I finals.
