Last year was an amazing season for the Texas cross country scene. Some of the top distance runners in recent history put on a farewell show the entire season. We were also able to see teams win their first state titles not to mention some repeat, some three peat, and even some four and six peats!
The 2016 national cross country scene also had Texas' imprint all over it. Texas pretty much owned the post season. Our top guys and girls earned national honors at both NXN and Footlocker.
Is it really possible to repeat the type of season we saw last year?
Let us know what you think about this upcoming cross season. Is it going to be as exciting and action packed as 2016, or is it going to be even better?
