14 Year Old Divisions
The 14 year old girls, saw three Texas squad in the final taking on the nation's best. The NTX Jackrabbits was the top finishing Texas squad with their third place finish 3:56.91. Following not far behind was the Texas Havoc squad with their 3:59.74 and The Wings took seventh place with 4:02.44.
In the 14 year old boys, the Texas star was shining bright and the flag was flying high. Texas clubs littered the field with Track Houston, Jacob Sorts Academy, DeSoto Mercury, NTX Jackrabbits, and The Wings TC making up half of the final teams and taking home medals.
The race came down to two of the squads with Track Houston and Jacobs sports going head to head for four straight legs showing Texas' best talent at the highest level. In the end, the Track Houston squad edged Jacob Sports 3:27.31 to 3:27.84.
Not only did Texas go first 1st and 2nd, but also we went 3rd, 4th, and 8th. Rounding out the top three was DeSoto Mercury. They were not far behind the first two spots and finished in 3:32.08. Closely following were the NTX Jackrabbits and the Wings squads finishing in 3:35.86 and 4:02.06 to round out the dominating performances by Texas.
