USTFCCCA Announces Coaches of the Year

COACH JURIS GREEN

The Woodlands High School

Coach Green has been coaching at the Woodlands High School since 2004, where he started as the Assistant coach under his father. The 2009 season was his first year as the head coach. This past track season, the Woodlands Boys won first place in the UIL 6A State Meet. That win comes off the back of winning two consecutive UIL 6A cross country state championships.

When asked what this award means to him, Coach Green stated "This award, to me, is a staff recognition of a job well done. I am so blessed to work with motivated and driven coaches. That sentiment trickles down to our kids opening the door of possibility."
