Stegmann is another member of the super talented class of 2021. In her freshman year, she jumped right onto the varsity level and ran with the best of them.
In cross, she saved her best run for the state meet when she PRed with a 18:07.50 and medaled with her 9th place finish.
On the track, she continued to run well and get faster as the year went on. She made it to the UIL 5A state meet in the 1600m and the 3200m as she medaled in both going 5:01.86 and 10:46.88 for PRs. With her cross season and her track credentials, she should easily be one of the top runners this season.
