After last week's blazing times, you would think that things would calm down a little bit. Nevertheless, they didn't as there were fast 3 miles and fast 5Ks once again.
Last week's poll winners were Travis Dowd, Austin St. Stephens who took the individual poll and Flower Mound (was no poll....they were the appointed team of the week).
Dowd straight up dominated the poll just as he did the Westlake cross country course. He won the poll with 83.21% of the vote.
Flower Mound was the obvious team of the week after winning the Marcus I Invitational against the top teams in the state.
