New FloCoach Video Series With Trey Hardee

Trey Hardee, Alabama State Champion from Vestavia Hills, eventually went onto to become an NCAA and World Champion out of University of Texas. The Alabama native is one of the best decathletes in the world.

Trey talks about his philosophy in the 110 High Hurdles. The way you are successful in the hurdles is to never be passive. "You can never have an awful race if you attack each hurdle." Some of Trey's best races aren't clean races but they were races where he attacked each hurdle. When he set his PR of 13.61 in the HH he set it by knocking down and through several hurdles. 

Trey's PR in the 110 Hurdles is an outstanding 13.61. In this video series he goes into details and explains his training regimine for the event. Here is a part one:
