The present and the future is here, the freshman boys are the today and the tomorrow. These dude are fast and they are making waves early on in their high school careers. They aren't performing well in freshman or JV races. They are taking on the competition in big time invitational races.

Wylie's LUKE LAMBERT is the freshman 5K leader with his 15:52.80 performance at last weekend's  Southlake Carroll Invitational. Lambert was in the Elite Varsity Boys race with some of the state's top runners.

Speaking of Southlake Carroll, they have two freshman studs who are filling in nicely with their squads.

NOAH CASTRO and ANTONIO FLORCRUZ both held their own at the California big time Woodbridge Cross Country Classic where they dropped some crazy performances with their 15:32.30 and15:42.70 for the 3 mile distance.
