Season Warm-up Invite
The purpose of this meet is to get our athletes feet wet and give us as coaches a chance to see where our kids are and introduce our new runners to a competitive race environment. Please note the race distances.
Location: Southwest Christian School Prep Campus
Schedule:
7:40 Middle school Girls/Boys* 1.5 M
8:10 JV/Varsity Girls* 2 M
8:40 Varsity Girls** 5K
9:20 Varsity Boys** 5K
9:50 JV Boys 2 M
*These races will be run together, but will be scored separately.
**If we have a small number of Varsity Girls 5K runners, we will combine these races and score them separately; the race will begin at 8:40 if this happens. This would move the JV boys race up to 9:20.
You may run up to 10 runners on a varsity team. Or you may enter up to two varsity squads in a race.
To reserve your team spot email: kaci.snyder@southwestchristian.org. Please include the school name, coachs name, coachs phone number, and the number of teams that will be entered. In addition, please register on Athletic.NetBefore August 14th.
Trophies will be awarded to the top team in each division. Medals will be presented to the top 15 individuals in each race.
Fees 1 team $50 per gender per division. Max is $200 per school. Individual Runners $10 each.
Please make checks out to SCS and put Cross Country in the memo line.
