Cross Country Coaches,
We would like to invite your team to the 12
th Annual Garey Horner Invitational, hosted by Molina High School. All
races will be chip timed by Delta View Timing. Results will also be posted on www.athletic.net. There will be an
athletic trainer onsite throughout the meet to oversee any possible injuries. Concession stands, music and cross
country apparel will be available for sale at the meet. We will be capping each level at 35 schools. Please go to
www.athletic.net to register your team.

SCHEDULE: 7:30am start time ROLLING SCHEDULE
Check-In: Check-In starts at 7:00am and continues throughout meet.

**Depending on the number of teams registered, the schedule may be altered, and
certain races may be combined**
Final schedule will be emailed to the participating coaches the Thursday before the meet.
MEET COURSE: Jesse Owens Athletic Complex. 9191 South Polk Street Dallas, TX 75232 with adjacent Hulcy Fields.
DISTANCE: 5K and 2 Miles CONCESSION STANDS:
AWARDS: 1st Place Team Championship Trophy (all divisions) Food & Snacks will be on sale during
Individual Medals for top 20 (all divisions) the meet.
COST: $70.00 per Team per Division
$12.00 per Individual MEET APPAREL:
NO Refunds (Weather Excluded) Meet T-Shirts for sale during meet
DIVISIONS: Varsity Boys and Girls (8 maximum per team) top 5 will be used for team awards
JV Boys and Girls (25 maximum per team) top 5 will be used for team awards
Junior High Boys and Girls (25 maximum per team) top 5 will be used for team awards
Dallas ISD middle schools are limited to registering 15 runners per team for timing chips.
REGISTRATION: Deadline to register is Tuesday 9/12/18 by 4:00pm (central time)
