When I say Get Ranked I mean your perfornace is updated on both your athlete profile page and the Txrunning rankings along with the Milesplit National Rankings.
-Have Meet Director submit results in either Racetab/Hytek Format. ( Racetab is a Free program you can download on this site here)
Questions/Answer:
Q: What if the meet director does not submit results?
A: Contact meet director and have him submit. We only take results from the meet director of from HS coaches that attended the meet.
Q: The results are on the site but performances are not updated?
A: Are the results in the correct format (racetab/hytek), If not than you can download racetab for free here and enter results and email them to us in the correct format.
Q: Why can't Txrunning reformat the results?
A: We do reformat results. It takes approx 2 hours per meet to reformat the results and than another hour to get them in the rankings. That is 3 hours per meet times 50 or so meets per week. We reformat as many as we can.
Q: The results are in the correct format, How long does it take to get into the rankings?
A: I am always adding rankings to the database. It usually takes us until Thursday to finish the rankings from the week before.
Q: It says on the news feed on the site that rankings are added but I do not see them in athlete profiles or txurnning rankings?
A: It can take up to 24 hours for rankings to show up in athlete profiles and txrunning rankings after I have entered them in.
Q: I see the rankings are updated but I don't see my performance?
A: Email me at txrunning@hotmail.com. It is usually an error I made when entering data.
Q: Do you rank JV/ or Middle School?
A: Only varsity competition is ranked at this time.
Q: Can I submit parial results?
A: Only full meet results will be ranked.
