How's your training so far this year?

My training has been going very well. I am very fit in comparison to years past. My mileage has not changed but I have focused a lot more on doing drills, core work, and eating better.

What are you looking forward to the most about Seattle?

I am looking forward to the race in Seattle. Last year I didn't run a very smart race and ended up dying off so I am looking forward to redeeming myself from that.

What are your goals for this meet and the rest of the season?

My goal for  the race at Brooks is to just have a good race and dip down around 4:10, I am hoping this places me in the top three.  My season goals are to win state in the mile and 2 mile. My time goals would be to be under 4:05 and 8:55.

What kind of music do you listen to before races?

I have playlist set up for before my race but the last three I listen to are All of the Lights (Kanye West), Remember The Name (Fort Minor), and Run this Town (Jay-z).
If you were stranded on an island with three things what would they be?
If I were stranded on a desert island I would take a life times supply of Beef Jerkey, a cattle prod, and a box of wet matches.
Do you have a favorite food?
My favorite food would be steak, or just chipotle.

What are some things unrunning related people might not know about you?
Things people probably don't know about me is that I am a beast at NCAA football for xbox, I have over 30 pairs of shoes and 10 pairs of spikes, and I eat a box of Cheez-Its every week.
