Tools Of The Trade: Legendary Coach Clyde Hart Lets Us In On Some Of Favorite Drills

Baylor Director of Track & Field Clyde Hart gets instructional with the 2015 FACA T&F Clinic attendees. To start off the afternoon session, Coach Hart has a little fun by "loading them up" and then breaking down their resistance, before introducing some tips, and drills.

At Baylor, the practice is the shortest part of their workout. The longest workout Coach Hart's quartermilers will do over the course of the year including rest is 20 minutes. The warm up usually last 35 minutes while the cool down lasts 25 minutes. Hart explains that's why it is important to get the "endorphine boost."
