#30: Jessica Monali - Fort Bend Elkins
Monali put together some decent races on the track in both the 1600m & 3200m, but her real strength is xc. She ran 18:27 to finish 2nd at District, and made her 1st appearance at the State Meet in 2014. Monali returns as one of the top runners in the state based off her 5k PR and could make a run at the Top-50 at State this season.
