#26: Bryce Hoppel - Midland Senior HS
By now most Texans, especially those following the distance scene should be familiar with Hoppel after his big 2015 year on the track.
A State competitor in the 800m/1600m and silver medalist in the 800m. He has also kept his form well into the post season, winning the 800m (1:53.99) and 1500m (4:01) with ease at USATF Region 12.
Now moving into this final year of HS running, Hoppel can look back at his junior year where he had some success in xc. Most notably a 2nd place finish at District. He was outside of the Top-100 at State in 2014, but clearly has been making some big improvements. If he can add some endurance to his improved track speed, he has the potential to shock people this season.
