The Cy-Springs girls posted the rap above that went viral before the Seven Lakes Relays on Saturday! We all knew the team had speed but this weekend they showed off their rapping abilities as well. They backed up their rap with their performances on the track as well, sweeping the relays running U.S. #4 4x100m, U.S. #3 4x400m, and U.S. #1 4x200m. They also had 2 individuals Essance Sample and Sierra Smith claim wins in the 100m and 200m. Smith ran U.S. #1 All-Conditions 11.77 in the 100m while Sample ran 25.10 a new U.S. #22 All- Conditions to win the 200m.
