Rising junior Reagan Kappel is coming into the 2016 cross country season at number 5. She's coming off fast personal bests in both the 1600m (4:59.60) and the 3200m (10:55.82). She'll be looking to keep up her fast times as she heads into the cross country season. Last cross season she clocked a fast 18:00.00 at the 6A- District 19 meet where she placed 1st. The most impressive race for Kappel was her 2nd place finish at the Cross Country Texas State Championship as a sophomore.
