We will be on site again this year providing live updates, getting race videos and interviews with athletes. If you see us be sure to say hello! 


The course is 99% grass, mostly flat, and run in the woods.


7:20 a.m.-Coaches Meeting
8:00 a.m.- Varsity Girls (2.5 miles/4K)
8:30 a.m.- Varsity Boys (3 miles)
9:00 a.m.- Jr. Varsity Girls (2 miles)
9:25 a.m.- Jr. Varsity Boys (3 miles)
9:55 a.m.- Freshmen Boys (2 miles)
10:15 a.m. - Boys Open Race (3 miles)
10:17 a.m. - Girls Open Race (2 miles)
10:40 - Open Middle School (1 mile)
