If you want to talk about a heck of a year, McKinney North's London Culbreath started her freshman year off with a win at Plano ISD Invitational XC Meet. In fact, her next meet was a win and the next week and the next week. Culbreath went through the UIL XC season undefeated picking up big wins at the McNeil Invitational, District, Region II-5A, the 5A State meet, and the NXN South Regional meet. Her times started in the 18:20s the first two meets and the rest of the season she was in the 17s racking up a 16:48 PR at McNeil.

Only the top girls in the nation could make Culbreath seem human. Culbreath took All-American honors by placing 12th at NXN Nationals last weekend. With a freshman year awesome as the one she had, it'll be hard to top it, but she will definitely be fun to watch in 2017.
