Coming into the Area 17-18 6A meet, the girls 800m was definitely one of the races you had to see.
The entire meet was entertaining and it was kicked off by the girls 800. With a loaded field and only 4 qualifying spots available, these girls put on a show.
In the photo below, you can see the virtual meet preview had five girls in the race with 2:16 or better PRs. Julia Heymach and Morgan Stewart came in as two of the top girls nationally and they raced that way. Don't miss a classic 2:08 finish!!!
