Track Star Marquise Goodwin Goes 46 Yards For A TD With 49ers

Former University of Texas and Rowlett (Texas) High track and field star Marquise Goodwin made a heck of a play on Sunday for the San Francisco 49ers.

The fifth-year wide receiver, who signed with the 49ers in March for a guaranteed salary of nearly $2 million, caught one pass for 46 yards, on a fly pattern where he outran both DBs to the end zone.

Afterward, the celebration was ...fitting. Check it out below.

Goodwin was a two-time NCAA champion in the long jump and earned four All-American nods during his team with the Longhorns.

Here are some of the highlights which included Goodwin from the San Francisco 49ers' 32-31 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in an NFL preseason game on Sunday.
