Coaches Corner is a new piece of content that we will bring to our coaching audience. It will consist of one member of the coaching community talking to others, coach to coach.
Our first contributor to Coaches Corner is Marcus head coach. Coach Telaneus (infamously and affectionately known as Coach T) led Marcus to the 2015 UIL 6A girls state championship. Coach T also coached one of the best individual distance runners to ever come out of Texas, in three time UIL state champion Craig Lutz. Most recently, this he coached Kyndal McKnight in the triple jump (2016-2nd 2017 -Champion), Makenzie Hayward in the pole vault (2016-Champion 2017-2nd), and Quinn Owen in the 1600m (2017-Champion).
