Allison Wilson, Heidi Nielson, Brynn Brown, and Colleen Stegmann all take on FL South
The weather could have had an impact on the races at the Foot Locker South Regionals. Perhaps, it did, but for the most part, the Lone Star runners handled their business.
The weather from the 2018 season in Texas gave athletes and coaches just about everything they could use as preparation and more. In recent weeks, there has been everything form heat and humidity to freezing cold temperatures.
There was plenty of rain and muddy conditions in meets to go around this year which may have mentally and physically prepared Texans for what they saw this weekend. The freezing temps from the last couple of weeks for practices might have also been enough to prepare them as well.
