The Houston St John's sprinter isn't one of the more well known runners in the state --yet, but that hasn't prohibited him from competing against the best this indoor season.
This weekend, Fullen ran a 6.83 PR in the 60m at the FasTrak High School Invitational. That time is good enough to move him to #2 in Texas and into the top 10 nationally in the 60m.
It is also an improvement on his 6.85 from the Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic two months ago.
