Coach Chance Edwards, 2018 6A Girls Coach of the Year, leaves Montgomery to Coach the Cedar Park Timber Wolves. Coach Edwards, originally from San Saba, returns to Central Texas. "Cedar Park has a winning tradition in XC.  It's a great school, with great kids, parents, administration, and a supportive community.  Both my wife and I are also from Central Texas, so that made the decision easier."

Coach Edwards' "approach will be to continue to build upon what these coaches that have come before me have created.  I'm planning on building up our middle school program, as well as start some running clubs for the elementary level kids."

"They are ALL IN for a 5A Championship performance in Round Rock this fall."

"My approach will be more progressive.  We'll be a little more patient in the early summer months.  Which should allow us to be healthy and sharp for the championship season " Their goal as a team: Win the 5A State Championship!

Senior Gracie Hall expresses continued support of teammates, building confidence levels of the many sophomores joining the team in the Hunt for State.

Senior Tiras Pie affirms the team's determination, belief in themselves and that they will overcome the adversities of the past. Disgruntled with their results at State last year they are "All In" for a 5A Championship performance in Round Rock this fall.
