Over the past couple of years, we have seen some of the best 1A running in UIL history. Many of those runners have graduated and passed the torch to the next generation of 1A runners.
The current group of 1A runners are not letting the excitement and quality of racing drop on their watch. We could see the rematch of one of the best 1A boys team competitions in several years.
It's possible we could also see a 1A girls state meet record.
