Speed, agility, and accuracy are incredibly important in track and field, but team chemistry is an important component in succeeding in a relay.
San Antonio Reagan shows us how adding a new link to their chain has only strengthened them this year. Last week they showed up by running a 46.98 at the Ron Fought Invitational, but displayed how much more they can bring to the table at this week's Unicorn Relays. The girls improved a little over 3/4 of a second since last week. Hitting 46.19 in the 4X100m was enough to bump them up to the #2 spot in the Texas rankings.
