In this week's telestration, Autumn Wilson of St. Dominic Savio Catholic (TX) broke down her 55m race from the 2021 VA Showcase.
This was one of the meets during Wilson's season where she faced a handful of the nation's fastest athletes like Shawnti Jackson and Victoria Perrow in one race.
Wilson experienced a moment of "panic" during the beginning stages of her race but quickly overcame that as she put on the jets to take the victory in 6.81. The junior not only set a personal best in this race, but her time was also the nation's fastest time in 2021.
