Darius Rainey awaits the start of the 800m at the 2021 UIL 6A state meet

The Summer Creek track and field program has put on the Generations Park Invitational for the past four years. Each year, it has produced some of the top times, distances, and heights of the season.

This year, some of the top track and field programs in the Houston area will compete and the excitement will a can't miss show. Many of the teams participating have either won state championships last year or within the last three years (Summer Creek, Ft Bend Marshall, Klein Forest, Manvel) and all have expectations for contending again this year.
