Parker Stinson, Craig Lutz, and Ryan Dohner all left it to the last 4 laps in the 3200m to see who would win the 3200m title. All 3 went through a comfortable 4:41 for the first 4 laps and blazed the last 4 laps. Dohner the eventual winner clocked 4:19 as he passed Craig Lutz late in the race for the title.

Rachel Johnson and Amanda Russell took control of the race early. Regan Tindell tried to hold on the back of the pack but was unable to hold on as she had to fend off a hard charging Rosemary Steup. Rachel Johnson and Amanda Russell dueled througout the race until Rachel made a strong move with 800 to go and slowly pulled away winning in a personal best 10:31.
