Summary
Craig Nowak dominated this event at the state meet last year but now he is at Oklahoma State. There is a lot of talent returning including runner up Brigham Hedges. The field is deep with almost 20 boys under 4:20. This is an open event. Region 1-5A is the toughest region this year with Southlake boys and Robert Domanic.
