Where Is Love For The Five, Six, And Seven runners?

We've got it for you right here.

Development and training has been a focus for the last several months and the time in which it all boils down to is coming. Now, that the calendar has hit October, we can begin to look towards district, region, state, and beyond.

Every runner on teams hoping to advance to the next round are important, but when it comes to getting down to the nitty gritty, the fives, sixes, and sevens could mean more than ever.

Last year, we saw a couple of district meets, a regional, and even the state meet boil down the the fifth and sixth runners to decided which teams moved on or not and who won the state title. This year could be that and even more of it.

Check out the following pages and see how the number five through seven runners of the top teams in the state compare to one another. For those runners, we have the SB times as well as where they rank individually in the state. Also listed are their team's average time, total time, and splits.
