FEAST 16 th Annual Patriot Cross Country Invitational
Race Date: Saturday, September 8, 2018

Location: (NE San Antonio) River City Community Church Athletic Fields (Old Verizon Wireless Amphitheater)
16765 Lookout Rd, Selma, TX 78154. (Across the street from Retama Park)
Schedule: 7:00 Check-In and Packet Pickup. Walk the Course
7:30 Coaches Meeting; National Anthem and Prayer to follow
8:00 Varsity Girls Gold Race (5k); (10 runners max per team)
8:30 Varsity Boys (5k meters); (10 runners max per team)
9:00 JV Boys (5k meters); (unlimited # runners)
9:30 Varsity Girls (2-miles); (10 runners max per team)
10:00 JV Girls (2-miles); (unlimited # runners)
10:30 MS Girls 2-miles (7/8 th grade division and 5/6 th grade division; unlimited # runners)
11:00 MS Boys 2-miles (7/8 th grade division and 5/6 th grade division; unlimited # runners)
11:30 KIDS FUN RUN (FREE)
Entry Fee: Varsity Divisions: $70 per Division (10 runners max per team/bib/chip)
JV Divisions: $70 per Division (up to 20 runners receive bib/chip); ($260 Maximum per High School)
MS Team Divisions: $70 per Division (4 divisions total; Boys & Girls 5 th /6 th & 7 th /8th); ($260 maximum
for all middle school divisions).
(Up to 20 runners receive bib/chip in each division).
If you have over 20 runners in a division-Additional cost per runners bib/chip $5.00 each or $70.00
extra 20 each bib/chip.
$15 per Individual if less than 5 runners on a school team entered or unattached runner.
Course: FAST FLAT COURSE!! Fan friendly, large open grass course, to include hay bales.
Areas fastest 5k course that MilesSplit TX recognizes for their Flo50 XC Rankings.
MileSplit TX will be onsite covering the meet this year!!
20 Porta Potty Restrooms near course area. Large Area for team camps.
CHIP TIMING with Finish Line Race Clock provided by V Fit Productions with Dual Timing System.
Plenty of paved on-site parking (4200 spaces); separate Bus parking.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 20 in all HS divisions & 30 in all MS divisions; given at the finish line.
Varsity Divisions: Team Champion & Runner-up Trophy.
Junior Varsity Divisions: Team Championship & Runner up Trophy.
MS 5 th /6 th and 7 th /8 th grade Division: Team Championship & Runner up Trophy.
ATTENTION: Please indicate your desire to participate by e-mail to Coach Jones at
run4eternity@yahoo.com. Send school name, coach name, phone, and estimated divisions HS/MS
and number of runners.
Once I have received your confirmation-I will email you the Registration/Entry Information in
mid-August.
Results: Results will be posted at the registration area after each race.

Payment: (Make Checks Payable to FEAST). No Refunds will be issued for meet cancellation due to
acts of nature or no shows by a team! If you cannot pay by mail or on-site please notify Coach Jones
prior to packet pickup.
Send Checks: Family Educators Alliance of South Texas, 25 Burwood, San Antonio, 78216. Please indicate
on the check school name (not just district) and cross country, thank you. School entry fees are based on
the entry form and not who actually runs the day of the meet since chip timing bibs will be used)
