Cross Country Invitational
Date: Saturday September 21, 2019 8:30 AM
Location: Ranger College Campus. Course description:
mostly flat, some slight uphill, grass and dirt. Spikes recommended.
Timing: Track for Life Meet Services
Parking: Free on Ranger Campus by athletic complex and basketball gym
Entry fee: $10 individuals, $75 per team per division/ $500 max per school. High school and
middle school from same school, count as one school.
Make checks payable to: Ranger College Cross Country. Mail prior to event or bring payment

Sports Medicine: A certified athletic trainer will be available at the finish line. A support
vehicle will be available for on-the-course assistance. Each race will have a trail crew
following it, with immediate access to emergency services. EMS will be on call. No taping of
or treatment of athletes will be provided prior to races.
Entries due: Tuesday September 17 2019 by 5 PM. No late entries accepted.

9:20 AM Varsity boys 5k
9:40 AM JV girls 3200 meters

11:00 AM 7

division, we will create a B team. You will only be charged for one division, if that is the case.
Only 10 runners per school allowed in each Varsity race. Individuals if less than 5 runners in a
division.
Awards: Plaques to first place team in each division. Top 10 individuals in each division receive
medals.
No dressing facilities will be provided. Ample bathrooms available.
Concession stand will be available.
Results will be posted on Athletic.net. Live Results will also be available!
