Location: Pecan Acres City Park on Starr Avenue across from the SFA Intramural Fields
Confirmation: Email confirmation to Coach Brionne Clark (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday, August 5th. We will need the following in the email: name of school, teams you are expected to bring, cell number, and t-shirt size. After email confirmation is received you will be guaranteed entry into the meet along with complimentary shirt for the head coach only. Additional shirts for assistant coaches will depend on availability after the meet.
Entry Fee:$100 per Varsity team per gender, $50 per JV team per gender, $50 per Middle School team, $20 per individual entry (less than 5 runners). Maximum cost would be $350. Unattached individuals ($20) must e-mail Coach Cody Clark (email@example.com) for entry into meet. Payment can be mailed or paid on race day in form of cash or check, to "SFA Cross Country." No refunds will be issued.

Entry Deadline: Entries will be due on Wednesday, August 28th by Noon.
Entry Process: Entries must be e-mailed to Coach Brionne Clark (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please divide your entries into a boy's varsity, boy's junior varsity, and boy's junior high and likewise with girl's varsity, girl's junior varsity, and girl's junior high. Any 10 will be allowed to run in the varsity races with only Top 7 scoring. There will be unlimited entries in the JV and middle school races.
Minimum Times: Minimum times will be used to keep each race starting on time. We will stop the timing clock at the following times each race: VG(5K), VB, & JVB - 30min, VG(3200m), JVG, JHG, JHB - 25min
