Meet Format
Varsity Girls - 2x2-mile (each runner will run 1 two-mile leg)
Varsity Boys - 2x2-mile (each runner will run 1 two-mile leg)
JV Girls 2x2-mile (each runner will run 1 two-mile leg)
JV Boys - 2x2-mile (each runner will run 1 two-mile leg)
Open- All runners not running in a relay will run a 2-mile race (Boys and Girls Combined)
Meet Fees
$75 per division (Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, JV-Boys, JV-Girls)
$50 for open division (Boys and Girls Combined)
$15 a pair for teams with less than 5 relay pairings

Entry Limits
Each school may enter a maximum of 5 two-person teams in each division. There will be an
open two-mile race at the end of the meet for all athletes that are not on a relay team.
Please e-mail your number of relay teams in each division using the meet entry Excel file to
Aubrey Lindberg-Buchhorn at aubrey.lindberg-buchhorn@leanderisd.org no later than the
ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday August 11th at 5:00 pm
Awards
The top 10 teams in each division will receive medals. The 1st place team in each division
will also receive a custom team baton; the top 3-relay teams combined average time will
determine team score. *If 5 or more small schools (4A-1A) sign up by early summer, we will
create a separate award category for small schools and allow top 5 (5A-6A) teams to medal
and top 5 (1A-4A) teams to medal. All open division athletes will receive a time but no
awards.

Varsity Girls 7:30 am
Varsity Boys 8:10 am
JV Girls 8:45 am
JV Boys 9: 30am
Open Division (boys & girls combined) 10:10 am
*Depending on amount of entries, we might split the open division into a separate boys and
girls race.
