Meet Information
Date: Friday, August 12th
Location: Clear Lake High School Athletic Fields
2929 Bay Area Blvd.
Houston, TX 77058
Parking: Please park your bus at the Learning Center across from the track.
Course: The course is a rolling grass loop around the park and athletic fields. The first
loop around athletics fields, followed by 2 or 3 loops around the bayou and
half a loop to the start / finish line.
Format: The varsity and junior varsity divisions will be a relay-format meet with 2-person relay teams running one leg each of 1.5 or 2 miles.
Teams may use their own batons or we will provide them at the start line.
The Open division will be a standard race (no relay) of 1 miles.
Divisions: Varsity Girls- 4 mile Relay (limit of 5 teams per school)
Varsity Boys- 4 mile Relay (limit of 5 teams per school)
JV Girls- 3 mile Relay (Unlimited)
JV Boys- 3 mile Relay (Unlimited)
Entries: I will send out an entry form via email
Entry Fees: $60 for girls' team (includes all divisions)
$60 for boys' team (includes all divisions)
Make checks payable to Clear Lake High School.

Awards: Top 10 Varsity and JV relay teams in each division will receive medals at the finish.
Scoring: No team awards or team scoring will be kept for this meet.
Full individual results will be kept for the Varsity Divisions. Please turn in your place cards and athletes
names in your manila envelopes for back up.

Varsity Girls- 7:00 am
Varsity Boys- 7:25 am
JV Girls- 7:50 am
