The meet will be chip timed, so it is important to have all entries in no later than midnight on Friday, September 30th.
Invitational Awards:
Medals will be given to the top 15 in each division. They will be handed to them in the shoot. No awards ceremony. Team plaques will be awarded to the first place team in each division. Please pick those up at the finish line before you leave the meet. Results will be posted online only.
JH District 13 Awards:
Medals will be given to the top 10 in each division. They will be handed to them in the shoot. No awards ceremony. Team plaques will be awarded to the first place team in each division. Please pick those up at the finish line before you leave the meet. Results will be posted online only.
Invitational Cost:
HS Teams of 5 - 10 runners = $125 per team
You may run your JV & Varsity teams, but you will pay for 2 teams.
If you only want to run 1 team, but have more than 10, you will pay $25 for each additional runner.
Non district JH Teams of at least 5 (no limit) = $125 per team
Since this will be our JH district meet, the cost for JH district 13 teams will be taken care of by the district. Just email me if you have any questions!
1 - 4 runners in any division = $25 each
$375 MAX per school

Important:
BUS PARKING - Please use the gravel lot east of the field house or 7th street to park buses. Part of the course is marked off on the north side of that lot.
The meet will be chip timed.
Water coolers will be available for refill, but no cups. Runners should bring their own water bottle.
A trainer will be available.
Only coaches and athletes are allowed on the course.
