1st Annual TCS North pRegion Meet
**This meet is for all North Region TAPPS Teams, private schools, and home school athletes. Meet is ran on a well groomed, championship course at Pecan Grove Park in Sherman Texas. The course trail, markings, starting line and finish chutes will be exactly the same as our August meet. This course is pretty smooth with a few moderate hills. It is well marked, staffed, and has one challenging turn where runners are running down hill then make a sharp turn while jumping a washout.
**ALL entries must be submitted in Tx.Milesplit no later than 2pm on Wednesday, October 11th
**Timing: Cowtown Timing
**Awards: Medals for top 10 finishers in each race and a championship plaque for the overall team in each division.
** Water and first aid will be available at the end of the finish chute.
** Depending on the number of entrys we may combine Varsity and JV races.
**Concessions will be available as well as a coaches hospitality table with complimentary coffee and breakfast
I will email out specific race deteils, parking, maps and any other needed info on Monday. October 11th.
**This meet meet will be ran on a Rolling Schedule. When the last person from a race finishes, the next race will immediately begin. Have your runners ready.
SCHEDULE:
6:30am - Registration and packet pick up will open at the registration tent near the finish line.
7:30am -Varsity Girls (2 mi.)
JV Girls (2 mi.)
Varsity Boys (5K)
JV Boys - (5K)
MS Girls - (2 mi.)
MS Boys -(2mi)
Elementary 1K Fun Run (FREE and All ages welcome) Fun awards will be giver ti every runner
**NOTE: JV boys and girls races may be combined with varsity races depending on the number of entries
Registration FEE: $75 per division for teams of 5 or more $15 per individual for schools that have less than 5 in a division MAX fee per school is $300 Let me know if you need help figuring how much your school owes.
