Van Vleck Cross Country Invitational 2026

Dear Coach, I want to invite you and your teams to the Van Vleck Cross Country Invitational to be held on Wednesday September 2nd, The meet will be held at Van Vleck High School.

I will attach the map at a closer date.

Schedule:

8:30 a.m. - Varsity Boys (5000 meters)

9:00 a.m. - Varsity Girls(3200 meters)

9:30 a.m. - JV Boys(5000 meters)

10:00 a.m. - JV Girls(3200 meters)

5:00 p.m. - JH Boys(3200 meters)

5:30 p.m. - JH Girls(3200 meters)

Awards: Top Team in each division will receive a plaque. Top 10 individuals in each division will also receive medals. E

ntry Fees: For Highschool(Varsity & JV)- $125 a team or $20 an individual(less than 5). For Junior High- $100 a team or $20 an individual(less than 5). Example: VB-125, VG-125, JVG-125, JHBoys-100 = Total = $475.

Entries Varsity: 10 runners maximum Junior Varsity and Junior High: 20 runners maximum* *(if more than 20 runners, then you must enter an additional team)

Rosters: Athlete Guild will open up registration a couple of weeks before to submit your rosters. I will send you the link once it gets closer.
