#18: Carter Persyn - Keller
Carter had a great outdoor season in 2015. He ran a 9:25 PR at Texas Relays in the 3200m, and unleashed a monster kick to win a loaded 1600m at Area. On top of his other notable track performances, he ran a 5k PR of 15:38 at the Texas Distance Festival. He placed Top-20 at State & NXN South in 2014, look for him to be running with for Top-10 after his improvements on the track.
