#3: Carter Blunt - Frisco Independence
Blunt is the top guy in Texas having run the fastest times in everything from the 1600m up to the 5K (4:10 1600m/ 8:57 3200m/ 14:45 5K). He is also ranked 3rd in the country based on MileSplit Nationals subjective rankings. Blunt hasn't lost a 1600m race in 2 years, and only lost once this year in the 3200m at the Texas Relays. Blunt is a 5 time state champion and will look to repeat as the State Champ again this year in cross country.
