#7: Ryan Yerrow - Katy
Yerrow was 28th at last year's cross country state championships. His 5K PR in cross country is 15:27, which he ran at the McNeil Invitational. At that meet, he finished 12th in the loaded field. The rising senior has run 4:24 for 1600m and 9:23 in the 3200m. Yerrow will look to make some noise on the cross country his senior year. He and the Katy guys will look to get on the podium this year after finishing not too far from it in 5th last year.
