Analysis: Estes won the 2016 TAPPS state cross country championships and he also ran a personal best 15:39.90 during the season. After a domination TAPPS season, Estes went on to run well at the NXN South Regional championships by placing 36th overall.
Estes also put together a strong track season by taking second place in the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m at the TAPPS state meet. By running personal bests of 2:02.29, 4:25.16, and 9:30.36, he showed he has the wheels to put together another awesome cross country season.
