Girls Top Returning 1A Teams

Nazareth comes in as the preseason top returning 1A girls team. What was a tough end to the 2016 season saw Nazareth finish second at the UIL 1A state meet to Hartley by only three points. That three point margin could be this year's gain as they return most of their top runners. Spur, who finished fourth in last year's team title hunt has the second best returning squad per our database.
